The 2023 IPG Inclusion Breakfast marks our 11th year focusing on the implications of equality and representation in the workplace, in society and in media, and the role advertising can play to accelerate progress. The theme “Don’t Whisper, SHOUT” illustrates our efforts to be upstanders, not bystanders, in the inclusion conversation. That means being intentional and conscious in the visuals, products, language, and actions we take to push for a more inclusive and equitable world; that we stand up when we see harmful stereotypes at play and work instead to embrace and celebrate the multitudes of personhood.
Doors open at 8:00 am and the program will begin promptly at 8:30 am. Due to anticipated high attendance, please arrive on time as seating will be available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
